We are Wolfiek Group, an e-commerce Startup in Poblenou, looking for someone to join our growing team.


About us:

Wolfiek Group runs and manages several e-commerce websites, selling and distributing select brands ofairguns and shooting equipment/accessories worldwide (google PCP Carabines). Our offices and warehouse are located in Poblenoou (near metros Marina/Bogatell). We´re still a small team of <15 with ambitious growth plans.

Job role:

A personal assistant (PA) is a vital support role, ensuring the seamless management of both professional and personal tasks. It is multifaceted, requiring excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities (professional):

  • Organize and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Remind of important dates and deadlines.
  • Read, sort, and respond to emails.
  • Draft and send professional correspondence.
  • Create, review, and edit reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Conduct necessary research for projects or business decisions.
  • Take notes, prepare minutes, and follow up on agreed actions.
  • Plan and coordinate travel, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.

Responsibilities (personal):


  • Pick up kids from school or other activities.
  • Supervise domestic staff.
  • Do grocery shopping and other supplies.
  • Pick up and deliver packages or mail.
  • Organize and coordinate medical and other personal appointments.
  • Help keep your personal space organized and efficient.
  • Plan and coordinate vacations, including itineraries and activities.

Requirements:

  • Discretion and Confidentiality: Handle sensitive personal and professional information with complete confidentiality.
  • Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.
  • Communication: Effective oral and written communication skills (English and Spanish. German would be a plus).
  • Proactivity: Ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changes and unforeseen needs.
  • Technology: Ability to use digital tools and time management software.
