Wolfiek Group is an emerging e-Commerce startup based in Poblenou, dedicated to selling and distributing select brands of airguns and shooting equipment/accessories worldwide. With our offices and warehouse located conveniently near Marina/Bogatell metros, our small yet ambitious team of fewer than 15 individuals is looking to expand.

About the Role:

In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in the development and empowerment of our staff members.

Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee relations matters and provide support for performance management.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing, in Spanish and English.
