We are Wolfiek Group, an e-Commerce Startup in Poblenou, looking for someone to join our growing team.


About us:

Wolfiek Group runs and manages several eCommerce websites, selling and distributing select brands of airguns and shooting equipment/accessories worldwide (google PCP Carbines). Our offices and warehouse are located in Poblenou (near metros Marina/Bogatell). We’re still a small team of <15 with ambitious growth plans.


The Role:


As a member of the customer success team, you’ll assist our customers in having the best possible experience with their new products. You’ll learn about the makes and models, how they work, and provide advice when they reach out. You will also help with sales questions and help people find the product they want.
95% of communication is inbound and done over our emailing ticket system on our CRM.


This role can evolve into a full-time position after the first 3 months.



About you:


Absolute essentials:


  • Impeccable command of English, both written and spoken. Your vocabulary is extensive, and you can describe objects with ease. This will be evaluated during the interview process as it’s crucial.
  • Interest and curiosity about how things work, mechanics, machinery, etc.
  • Proactive/self-learner.


Nice to have:


  • Command other European languages (Spanish, German, Dutch, French, etc.)
  • Experience using a CRM system: Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.
  • Experience using Shopify.
